Any natural environment has its unique micro ecology; a
special blend of earth, water, air and fire, that produces its own
unique “fingerprint” on all vegetation and
livestock in
terms of flavour, nutrients and medicinal properties. Thus
anything grown in an area is specifically adapted to it and produces
specifically adapted crop for that environment. This specially
adapted crop is then perfect in all ways for consumption by the local
people of that environment as they too have to adapt to the
same environment. Organic food grown locally for the locals
is naturally the best!
But we do not keep the goodness just to ourselves - we love sharing the country life with our city slickers and foreign visitors. Let them taste and experience the fullness of the crop that is grown in part of the oldest soil in the world, the Magaliesberg area.
